We can ship internationally! Check in with us prior to purchase for exact costings.

Regular Post

Regular post is not traceable in transit and not covered for loss or damage during transit. Aussie Custom Apparel takes no responsibility for loss or damage of goods sent via regular post. Receipted delivery option is a small price to pay to protect your goods. We highly recommend you take this option for large priced orders to protect your purchase.

Express Post

Express post is provided with tracking numbers and traceable during transit. Express post does not include sign on delivery option and may be left in your letterbox. Aussie Custom Apparel takes no responsibility for loss or damage of goods sent via regular post and express post options.

Express Post is an overnight service to all capital cities in Australia (see table below). If your postcode is not in the table below Express Post can take 2-3 days but is still the fastest option for remote areas.

Receipted Delivery

Is provided with tracking number and is traceable during transit. A signature is required on delivery of goods. If no one is in attendance at the attempted time of delivery the goods will be forwarded to your local post office for proof of ID collection. Goods will not be left in your letterbox.

If an issue arises at any time with a tracked order Aussie Custom Apparel will open an investigation with Australia Post on behalf of our customer and work together with Australia Post and the customer until the matter is solved to our customers satisfaction.

Shipping Destinations / Change Address

We ship goods world wide to destinations allowable via Australia Post. If you are unsure if we can ship goods to you for whatever reasons please contact us for more information. If you wish your order to be posted to a different address than you have in your shipping details this needs to be done before completing checkout. Orders are printed in bulk with shipping label, so we can not change your shipping address once checkout has been completed.

Refund/Returns Policy

Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. A polite email is the best way to start if there is a problem with your order. At our discretion we can either issue a refund, exchange the goods or credit where goods are faulty, wrongly described, incorrect item has been sent, differs from the description on the website or doesn’t do what it is supposed to do. If a “polite” message is sent in most all cases we will be more than happy to solve the problem, if threatening or rude message are sent they will either be deleted or ignored. Purchaser is responsible for the return shipping costs.
