Is provided with tracking number and is traceable during transit. A signature is required on delivery of goods. If no one is in attendance at the attempted time of delivery the goods will be forwarded to your local post office for proof of ID collection. Goods will not be left in your letterbox.
If an issue arises at any time with a tracked order Aussie Custom Apparel will open an investigation with Australia Post on behalf of our customer and work together with Australia Post and the customer until the matter is solved to our customers satisfaction.
